-Can I build an entire site with only one template?
Yes you can, or you can build it the same way as you would with a plain HTML site.
-Can I design my sites just as I do usually?
Yes, the CMS simply replaces some of the areas by content coming from the database. The only thing is that your pages have to a .asp extension, this is easy to do from an HTML page and is explained on the documentation.
Yes but it will have to be on a Windows™ server compatible with MySQL, MyODBC connection and the Jmail mailing components.
Yes you can use flash for banners etc but the CMS will be unable to change the content of a flash file itself
-Can I use Flo CMS for an XHTML site?
Yes you can.
-Can you develop further functionalities for me?
Yes we develop tailored functionalities if required.
Yes we offer hosting and reseller’s prices.
-Do I need any knowledge of server side languages such as ASP?
No, all server side scripts are written for you and we will provide with tags to place on your pages.
-Do I need any software to implement the content management system?
No , simply build your template into your favourite HTML creator and add the tags.
-Do I need to know how a database works?
No, the database files are ready, you simply need to create the database but most host will do this for you and we can assist you with the rest.
-Will I receive assistance if I need it during the implementation?
Yes, we have a phone and email support system in place.
-Will my customer be able to access technical elements such as javascript?
No, you can choose which element is to be included in the CMS and not.
-Will you assist me with the implementation of the CMS?
Yes we have a support system by email and phone, we can arrange for your first site to implement your first page with you over the phone.
-Can you train my client if they need to?
You will be provided with an help document but if your clients require a private training session this is possible over the phone (charges may apply). Using Flo CMS is quiet straight forward and the documentation provided is usually sufficient.
-Will you support my clients if there is a problem?
We will support you primarily and would rather be talking to you directly but if a client calls and need support it will be provided
-Can I use Flo CMS for several sites?
You can use Flo CMS on any number of sites but a licence needs to be purchased per site.
-Do I need to pay you a licence every year?
Yes there is a small licence to pay for the use of the CMS which includes support and updates.
-Do you offer bulk prices or reseller prices?
Yes, as a web design company you will become a reseller and will have access to reduced prices. You will be able to resell the service to your clients at a price of your choice though we have recommended retail prices.
-What is your pricing structure?
We charge a small set up cost on the first year and an annual licence which entitles you to updates and support.
